Milestone or millstone?

I’m listening to the World Cup right now and there’s a woman commentating! I’ve never heard that before, so hurrah for another milestone in gender equality. Or is it an egregious sexist slur because she’s been given Slovakia v New Zealand? Only Tanya Gold can make that call, I feel.
